Dersingham Runners’ Bethany Willox was the first female finisher at the King’s Lynn parkrun, completing the 5K course in a personal best time of 18mins 30secs for seventh place overall.
The 366 participants were led into the finishing funnel by West Norfolk AC’s Shaun Mann, 16:55.
Also in the top 10 was Ryan Oakes, of West Norfolk AC and Renegade Runners, who was ninth, 18:45.
The volunteer team numbered 32 and they ensured a successful first visit to The Parks for 15 new visitors and 11 people who were making their parkrun bow.
Lucy McDowie and Richard Fussell completed their 100th parkrun, Amanda Hirst her 250th and Brian Cobbold his 300th.
