Downham Market Young Farmers Club is holding a new members evening for people interested in finding out more about the group.
The event is open to anyone aged 16 to 28 and will give potential members the chance to meet the club’s current members and take part in activities.
The club said: “Come along, have fun and see what Young Farmers is all about. Meet new people, fun and activities with exciting meetings, socials and trips.”
The evening will include a barbecue and Young Farmers-inspired games, with people encouraged to bring a friend if they are nervous about attending alone.
The club stressed that people do not have to be farmers to become members.
The new members evening will be held at Butcher Hill Farm, Littleport, on Wednesday, 23 September, starting at 7.30pm.
