Two people and a dog who became lost in marshes at Thornham were rescued by Hunstanton Coastguard Rescue.
The team was called out at 11.47am last Tuesday (October 27).
When the crew arrived at Thornham Harbour, they spotted the two people and their dog about a mile to the east in the marshes.
The team moved to a closer location before two coastguards put on dry suits and another wore a personal flotation device.
They walked about three-quarters of a mile through the marshes to find a safe route for the group.
A Hunstanton Coastguard spokesperson said: “The team met the casualties, who were in good spirits and required no medical assistance. They were guided back through the marshes to safety.”
The team was also called out three more times over the following two days, including reports of a car in the water at Marshlands Fen and people cut off by the tide at Wells. In both cases, no rescue was needed.
The Coastguard reminded people to call 999 and ask for the Coastguard if they see someone in difficulty on the coast.
